“The Casa Adobe community is rich in experience, wisdom, and love. It is a space where we can bring our questions and explore them in community. It is by no means perfect, but it is composed of people who model great love for Central American culture and history, an ongoing pursuit of a sustainable way of living, a deep desire to serve one another, and a passion for God’s justice in a hurting world. Part of my hope in coming here as a volunteer was to find people who would walk alongside me in my own life and questions, and God has given me a long-term community here at Casa Adobe.”
